Is my antique lithograph valuable? “Der Kesselflicker” von Franz Van Mieris. Franz Hanfstagengl Dresd 1836?

I’m wondering about the value of my antique lithograph. It is in excellent condition and appears to be tinted in one or two colors. The print is 18 inches high and 20 inches wide. In the wooden frame, it is 25 1/4 inches high and 27 inches wide. It is signed and dated.
I realize that it isn’t signed, but typed on the bottom of the lithograph is “Franz Hanfstagengl Dresd 1836
